What Is a Juice Cleanse
A juice cleanse is a short-term wellness practice—typically one to five days—centered around fresh, cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices. It can be a simple way to step away from your usual routine, incorporate a variety of plant-based ingredients, and be more intentional about what you're consuming.

At The Fresh Fix Kitchen, a typical day of our Signature Cleanse includes six organic cold-pressed juices and one Wellness Shot, thoughtfully spaced throughout the day. Every cleanse also includes an easy-to-follow guide with a suggested juice schedule and helpful tips, so there's no guesswork involved.
